Used Notion for a while: it's powerful, but too slow in my opinion. You start to work on "template" and other whistles and not on your actual content/idea. It also lacks "offline mode". Craft is platform specific as I see. So if you are not "with Apple" you're out. I'm stuck with OneNote for now: it's really fast, with fast search and decent formatting options. Works normally on all platforms, is part of office platform (uses OneDrive to save the notebooks).
